It's easy to join in the fun! We supply the brisket and steak; you provide your grill or smoker, seasonings and culinary creativity. Prefer to avoid the heavy equipment? No problem! Enter the side competition Division with your most irresistible desserts or scrumptious sides!
In addition to earning the ultimate bragging rights, winners will be awarded proze packages presented by our judging panel or through the Peoples Choice Title. So if you think you have the CHOPS, and are ready to raise the STEAKS, then load up your grill or smoker, tools and your favorite seasonings and join the HERD!
