Tailgate in the Park - Backyard Grilling Competition
Sundays are for relaxing and enjoying good food with great company. Join us at Stevens Park with your family and friends to show off your cooking skills at our inaugural Tailgate in the Park Cook-Off during the Beef Empire Days Celebration!We'll provide brisket and steak; you bring the grills, smokers, and talent to compete in either the Backyard or Corporate Division. Or, bring your favorite sides or desserts to enter in the sides rounds for judging. While the brisket cooks low and slow, enjoy a hamburger feed, yard games, live music and a beer garden.Winners receive a cash prize and year-long bragging rights, awarded by our judging panel or through the People's Choice Award.Set Up: June 7 @ 11:30pmRules Meeting: June 8 @ 7:00amHamburger Feed: June 8 @ 12:30pmJudging: June 8 @ 4:00pm
